“So little I mean to you now and yet, never have I ever belonged so much to anyone.” – were the words she read from him in a text message while boarding the plane that would take her back home in the middle of this apocalyptic-like reality.
Their story never really began but it was definitely ending.

Oh man, this seems like the start of a longer story. I feel like this could be a really interesting set up. You get across a lot of thoughts/feelings in such a short amount of time. It reminds me of past relationships, which I think it really successful in making there reader identify with the story.
